This green chilli sambal is a product of Casa Boga from Indonesia and is certified Halal. Among many variants, this green chilli is made with 100% green chilli with no additional coloring or chilli subsitutes (it is 100% ground grown chilli) stands out with its baby squid bites inside the sambal. The sambal is good for sambal, dipper, sides or cooking sauce. It can be eaten simply with rice, egg and sambal onsite or dip it as sauce to your savory fritters like fried tofu, fishball, otak.
